This is a factory 10-round magazine for Gen 4 Glock 23 pistols in .40 S&W.  It will also fit the G27 sub-compact but extend from the frame. They also fit Glocks in .357 Sig (G32 13rd compact & G33 9rd sub-compact) as the .357 Sig is simply a necked down .40 S&W cartridge.

This is a full size magazine blocked by Glock to be compliant in states and cities that have a 10-round capacity limit.

These 10-round, compact magazines are designed for use with Glock 23 pistols but will also fit/function with your Glock 27 (extending below the magazine well) and they’re ideal for training & target practice.
