Insanely loud and bright, these are a great addition to anyone's .410!
This highly effective .410-gauge round produces a stun/diversion effect by using a bright blinding flash with an extremely powerful concussion blast from a .410 muzzle. This device is not restricted by the BATF and is the same technology used by some of the most elite special forces and SWAT units around the world. It produces 182dB bang, 1.5 to 2 million candle flash and over pressure on 1.5 to 2 atmospheric pressure units. It is truly an awesome experience indoors and out.
The combination of HUGE flash and an ear-piercing 182 decibels (average 12ga rounds fall between 150-160 decibels) put these into the "less lethal warning shot" category for some of us. If a perpetrators eyes are dark-adapted, the sudden burst of brilliant light can temporarily stun and disorient them.
We have heard of SRT guys using this diversion round to break up fights and disperse crowds before fights start.
